JW has interface for tagging thoughts, viewing and visualizing relationships.

default JW writer has simple text area, usable already. Can click “prompt me” to start timer and remove capability to delete and generate prompt. At which point you start adding on to existing text box content. You can submit w/o a prompt though. Then you’re taken to edit screen where you can categorize or tag thought.
